If your weeknight TV schedule has been looking a little dry, e.tv is coming through with the plug.
The broadcaster has announced its brand-new Golden Hour, serving up two fresh local dramas back-to-back from Monday, 29 June 2026.
Viewers can catch eGagasini: Waves of Change at 19:30, followed by The Four of Us at 20:00.
And trust us, the drama is coming in hot.
eGagasini: Waves of Change takes viewers straight to Durban's buzzing music scene, where three best friends from Umlazi see their dreams take off after a viral music video puts them in the spotlight.
But fame comes with a serious catch when a deadly yacht accident leaves them hiding a dark secret that could sink everything they've worked for.
Leading the star-studded cast are Meshack Mavuso, Gugu Gumede and Nolwazi Tsebesha, alongside rising stars Aphelele Shezi, Nomfundo Radebe and Londeka Mkhwanazi.
At 20:00, The Four of Us shifts gears into family warfare, where power struggles, old grudges and inheritance battles threaten to tear the influential Dhlomo family apart.
The series boasts a heavyweight cast including Sindi Dlathu, Sdumo Mtshali, Thembinkosi Mthembu, Kealeboga Masango, Dumisani Dlamini, Rami Chuene and Hope Mbhele.
From music industry secrets and betrayal to family feuds and legacy fights, e.tv's Golden Hour looks set to deliver the kind of drama that will have Mzansi shouting, "Hai bo!" at their screens every evening.
One thing is clear: from 29 June, the kettle better be boiled, the snacks must be ready, and nobody should touch the remote.
The drama is officially clocking in for duty.
